Client Executive Government.

The Account Executive reports to the Manager of Cronos Public Services.

The Client Executive works at group level and offers the full portfolio of Cronos’ services. He/she manages assigned accounts in the federal government area and develops, implements, executes and monitors a sales strategy and action plan in order to achieve profitable growth and business objectives in line with the company objectives. He/she is simultaneously responsible for business development and acquiring new customers.

/ Tasks and Responsibilities

The Client Executive is responsible for a structured mapping of and a proactive approach to the market segment with a view to extending it. Business solutions sales characterize this approach. In concrete terms:

  • Looking for new customers, carrying out contract negotiations and concluding contracts;
  • The effective management of existing customers, taking initiatives in the context of cross-selling and up-selling;
  • The development of commercial relationships at different levels with customers;
  • Building relationships with the sub-companies in the Cronos group and developing constructive cooperation in order to offer the customer total solutions.

Knowledge: Dutch, French & English

Education: Master’s Degree (or equivalent trough experience)


  • At least 5 years’ experience in a commercial role, in which the focus was on the government sector; this experience may also be in pre-sales, bid office or a supporting commercial service;
  • Has developed strategies independently in order to achieve growth within a portfolio;
  • Has experience in working out quotes and tenders.
